Requirements

  • Prior experience as a line cook is essential
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients
  • Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest service
  • Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques
  • Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes
  • Accommodate food allergies
  • Propose menu items
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness standards
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
