As Team Members of the Food and Beverage team, Line Cooks are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Line Cooks are responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality of product and experience for every Guest. They assist with keeping the kitchen organized and running efficiently. They ensure and monitor proper food handling, portion size, sanitation, and food storage procedures that all Team Members follow.
