The menu features sustainably-sourced seafood and seasonal dishes. Requirements

• Experience required in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Cleanliness and organization
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Familiar with proper food handling, and rotating product using FIFO
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to read and adhere to written recipes
• Reliable transportation is expected

• Produce high-quality food accurately and at a fast pace
• Prepare and portion foods prior to cooking
• Plating and garnishing
