Requirements
- Experience as a line cook
- Self-starter, able to see tasks that need to be completed and takes the initiative to complete them
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- An interest and willingness to learn more, listen, and take constructive feedback
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse team
- Evenings, weekends, and Sunday availability is a must!
Nice To Haves
- Conversational Spanish helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- cooking food to order, following the company's spec sheets
- reading food tickets thoughtfully and paying close attention to modifications and any listed allergens
- delivering food in goal ticket times
- communicating effectively with other employees to complete orders
- prepping ingredients
- following safety and sanitation guidelines
- assisting with daily temperature and line checks
- consistently and effectively completing opening and closing tasks in a timely manner
- assisting with stocking, organizing and cleaning food lines
