About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment in a culinary focused restaurant. This role involves preparation and presentation to high-quality and consistent standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to take direction and a life-long learner mentality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Manage Garde Manger duties, including salads, Hot and cold appetizers, and soups
Execute Sauté station responsibilities, maintaining timing and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Participate in menu development and daily specials.
