Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and organizing of ingredients for service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation and timely service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
