Harbor View Hotel Management LLC is seeking Line Cooks for the 2026 Summer Season who will be responsible for: setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation and for checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations; preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Will report directly to Executive Chef. Summer Dates/(H2B Petition Dates): April 1st, 2026 - December 31st, 2026 Employee Housing: Housing is provided if needed to be located on the bus route. Housing is shared and has a weekly fee of $189.00. Key Responsibilities: Setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation Checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations Preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
