The LINE COOK is responsible for maintaining an efficient kitchen operation and meal service by preparing hot and cold food items as well as executing food preparation and production that adhere to dish recipes, quality standards, and portion control all while practicing safe food handling and sanitation in accordance with the Mississippi Department of Health codes and national ServSafe® guidelines. Ability to work in assigned station to produce quality food and provide friendly and courteous service. Adheres to item recipes and assist in food production when needed.
