About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a cook who values craft, consistency, and professionalism , and wants to work in a kitchen with clear standards, strong leadership, and room to grow. You’ll be part of a disciplined brigade focused on execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred (fine dining a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure
  • Willingness to take direction and learn
  • Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

  • Execute dishes accurately and consistently during service
  • Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep procedures precisely
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and sous chefs during service
  • Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning duties
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times
