This includes setting up the station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and stocking, cooking menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff, and ensuring food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. The role also requires answering to and following instructions from the CDC or Sous Chef, and maintaining a clean station during and at the end of service.
