About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Cook to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield is a community with 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes, and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.
One (1) year of cooking experience beyond the level of fast food/fast casual is required.

Responsibilities

Perform all types of food preparation, including but not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking.
Clean the kitchen.
Assist in any duty as needed in the kitchen area.
