This role reports directly to our talented Sous Chef and offer the chance to bring menus to life with precision and style.
Requirements
- A self-starter with a fiery passion for culinary excellence.
- Independent thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments.
- A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
- Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18+ years old).
- Valid Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
- At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles.
- Proficiency in Grill, Fry, Sauté, and Pantry stations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Masterfully execute recipes according to Sous Chef’s specifications.
- Produce impeccable dishes that balance flavor, creativity, and efficiency.

- Seamlessly collaborate with other departments to meet member needs.
- Uphold food safety standards, maintain a spotless workspace, and minimize waste.
- Safeguard kitchen equipment and ensure it’s in peak condition.
