This is for a full time Line Cook Position. Redhawk Gastropub Mission: A passion for consistent, excellent service, in all aspects of our team. A strong appreciation for food and the culinary arts, and the desire to put the effort forward to make Redhawk a premier dining destination in Idaho. A belief that anything we do that is in the best interest of the guest, will also be in the best interest of the operation. A goal to make every table, every interaction, important. Job summary: Must be able to execute all basic daily functions, which include but are not limited to, standing for long periods of time, ability to lift and/or help lift standard kitchen items(such as case of potatoes, salad oil, fry oil) should have some understanding of kitchen station work, such as sauté, poach, grill. Able to take notes, and prepare their own prep lists. Understand the structure of a restaurant kitchen team, hours of service, need to work quickly when asked, some organizational skills.
