About Us: Dartcor is seeking a Line Cook for our commissary located in Parsippany, NJ. Dartcor is a leading regional hospitality provider known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are committed to offering high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and creating unique dining experiences for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook with strong leadership potential—ideally someone interested in progressing toward a Sous Chef role over time. This individual will join the team at the commissary with the opportunity to grow into a future replacement for our current Floater Sous Chef (though this is not an immediate expectation). The ideal candidate operates at a “Lead Line Cook” level: confident in the kitchen, collaborative with the team, and committed to upholding and strengthening a culture of excellence. Position Overview: As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring every dish meets quality, taste, and presentation standards. You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, contributing to a smooth and efficient service.
