About The Position

As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect the elegance and excellence of our concept. You will be responsible for station setup, precise food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and consistency throughout service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-end or fine dining environment
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food prep, and presentation standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Detail-oriented and committed to excellence in every plate
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Miami-based and available for evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver timely, consistent service
  • Assist with inventory, prep, and closing duties as assigned
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture
