Requirements

• 2+ years of culinary experience working on a fast-paced farm-to-table line
• Passion for food, hospitality, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills
• Availability on weekends and evenings (banquet/event service often extends into night hours)

Responsibilities

• Execute prep for both our Tasting Room menus and exclusive banquet/private event service
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with a talented culinary team committed to excellence and creativity
• Support seasonal menu development using fresh, local ingredients
