About The Position

Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards, ensuring consistency in every dish served. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift, ensuring all items are readily available for efficient cooking. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food. Assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of any low inventory items. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitary and ready for use at all times. Work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Committed to maintaining our food safety and sanitation standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
