Line Cook - Full Time
About The Position
The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is looking for a Line Cook to join our team of professionals. The Line Cook will prepare food for guests of the restaurant and meeting areas of the hotel. Who we are : The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel, proudly serving visitors to Uniontown for almost 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proud Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers. What you’ll do: Breakfast cooks are responsible for opening the kitchen and setting up the buffet according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton. Evening cooks prepare food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions. In addition, you will also: Maintain a safe kitchen area. Prepare and store food according to health department requirements. Keep kitchen area clean. Be part of an amazing hotel team.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is strongly preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.
- Availability to work morning or evening shifts is a plus.
Responsibilities
