Minero Mexican Grill & Cantina is hiring Line Cooks! We are looking for AM and PM Line Cooks who want to join a team of true hospitality professionals. Someone interested in learning new techniques enjoys working with locally sourced ingredients and is eager to assist in achieving our culinary vision. Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Marbled & Fin, Delaney Oyster House, & The James). Honoring Mexico's culinary traditions while weaving in inspiration from the culinary South.
