Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools, to make our dishes perfect. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.
Utilize a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

At least 6 months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
Strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods.
Attention to detail regarding weights, measurements, and volumes.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Experience as a Prep Cook if less than 6 months as a line cook.

Medical coverage starting at $12 per pay period, plus dental and vision.
