  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  • Utilize a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • At least 6 months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods.
  • Attention to detail regarding weights, measurements, and volumes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience as a Prep Cook if less than 6 months as a line cook.
  • Medical coverage starting at $12 per pay period, plus dental and vision.
  • Paid vacation and sick time.
  • No-cost Hospitality, GED and Associates Degree programs.
