About The Position

Merion Golf Club is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. This position will primarily be responsible for the Food & Beverage at our West Course. At this time we anticipate this position to be seasonal from March - November with the potential to become full time. Requirements

• At least 2 years of solid line cook experience.
• Ability to work well alongside others.
• Flexibility to help others when needed.
• Pride in work station cleanliness.
• Promptness and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items for the Food & Beverage service at the West Course.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
