About The Position

Seeking full-time candidates with open availability, especially on weekends. Full-time benefits included such as company offered insurance package, paid-time off, 401k plan (plus employer match), and on-site food discount. The job involves planning, prepping, setting up, and providing quality service in all areas of restaurant production, including all menu items supplied by the outlet kitchen. Everything must be in its place to the satisfaction of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

  • Handle, store, and rotate all food on their station.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by Home Team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills during prep and service times.
  • Set up steam table on Front Line with appropriate water levels and pans in place as AM Back-Up.
  • Check the steam table on Front Line with appropriate water levels and pans in place as PM Back-Up.
  • Follow prep list created by Executive Chef or Sous Chef using set recipes for AM/PM Prep.
  • Prepare food items from their station as AM/PM Line Cook.
