Line Cook is a key member of the culinary team who is responsible for the execution of high-quality food in a consistent manner. Must be prepared to work in a fast paced work environment, while maintain the organizational ability to identify and act quickly to prioritize tasks. In addition, to produce all order on an a la carte basis and to prep for buffets, banquets, salad bars and hors d'oeuvres. This is a full-time position. Scheduled hours will vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Weekdays, weekends and holidays are required. Typically 4pm-Midnight.
