About The Position
As a Line Cook at Chili's, you will be an integral part of our Heart of House Team, responsible for ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve preparing and cooking food according to our established recipes and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to all safety and sanitation policies. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your fellow team members, ensuring that food orders are processed quickly and accurately, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on our fast service and dependability, and as a Line Cook, you will play a key role in upholding these standards. In addition to cooking, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, which includes regular cleaning of workstations, equipment, and utensils. You will also need to keep track of ticket times and ensure that food orders are flowing continuously from the kitchen to the dining area. This position requires a friendly and warm demeanor, as you will be working closely with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
