Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with the Company’s specifications and standards. The position requires effective interaction with the public and Team Members, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The individual will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes. The role involves collaboration with Lead Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, and other pertinent Company Team Members to ensure a smoothly and efficiently run operation. Compliance with health and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean work area, and following all recipes and control procedures are essential duties.
