Hacienda Del Sol Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook Supervisor to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The Line Cook Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing Line Cook operations of The Grill at Hacienda Del Sol, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests Responsibilities: Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation meet resort standards. Train, mentor, and support culinary staff to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate with chefs and management to plan menus and special events. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Assist in managing kitchen schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency. Handle any guest concerns related to food and service promptly and professionally.
