About The Position

Join the fast-paced, high-energy team at Sahale Grill as a Line Cook and help fuel the mountain experience at Mt. Hood Meadows! In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and plating high-quality food quickly and consistently while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Whether you're grilling burgers, building rice bowls, or prepping for the lunch rush, you'll play a key part in keeping our guests satisfied and ready to hit the slopes. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position.

Requirements

• Minimum Age - 16 years.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon Food Handlers Permit.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high-quality food quickly and consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Grill burgers and build rice bowls.
• Prep for the lunch rush.
