About The Position
The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in the prepared food department by ensuring that all food items are prepped and ready for service. This includes slicing vegetables, composing salads, cutting and grinding meat, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position also involves taking inventory and placing orders to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. The Prep Cook is expected to engage with customers and provide excellent service while supporting the team in maintaining merchandising and marketing strategies.
