About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes. Duties Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times. Must have strong sense of urgency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with dining standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Certification in food safety is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority
