As a Line Cook at Luis Rey's, you will be responsible for preparing hot food items in accordance with the outlet menu, recipe standards, and customer requests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all food preparation and service meet the highest quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, as well as adhering to health and safety standards. You will work closely with the Chef and other kitchen staff to create a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment will be crucial to your success in this position. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with your team and assist in various kitchen tasks as needed.
