Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in a high‑volume kitchen; pizza or Italian cuisine experience preferred
Skills: Strong knife skills and comfort with commercial kitchen equipment
Mindset: Calm under pressure, organized, and ready to multitask
Team Energy: Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
Certification Required: SNHD Food Handlers Card

Responsibilities

Cook with Consistency: Prepare pizzas, pastas, and appetizers to exact recipe and quality standards
Master the Equipment: Operate pizza ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently
Stay Station Ready: Keep your area stocked, organized, and fully prepped for service
Prep Like a Pro: Stretch dough, prep sauces, assemble toppings, and support daily production
Safety First: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
Lead by Example: Mentor junior cooks and assist with training when needed
Communicate Clearly: Work with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery
