Requirements

Previous line cook or fast‑casual kitchen experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced environment
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to Smashburger standards with accuracy and speed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift
Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen setup
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
Support a positive, team‑focused kitchen environment
