We are looking for our next great team member to join us as a Line Cook II in the fine dining 11 Waters restaurant. Marriott Syracuse Downtown seeks Line Cook II who will lead the work of the kitchen in assisting the Sous chef and or Executive Sous Chef in preparing, cooking and supporting the kitchen staff. Our Line Cooks possess a self-starting personality with an even disposition and can maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. You can communicate well with guests and are willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.
