The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel re-imagines the hotel experience. Featuring 297 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, as well as 18,000 square feet of event and meeting space, The Joseph will exceed the expectations of varied guests. Yolan features both an eight and five course tasting menu as well as a more traditional a la carte offering. We are looking for career focused cooks, looking to hone their craft and learn the fundamentals of fine dining. We believe all cooks should leave Yolan as highly qualified sous chefs with knowledge of food production, ordering, sanitation practices, team management and kitchen communication. You know your efforts contribute towards ensuring our customers are provided with an enjoyable and comfortable dining experience.
Creating meals and presenting beautiful plates are your passions.
You take great pride in a sanitary, organized workspace, and you enjoy working with a team of committed Food and Beverage professionals.
You have one year of experience with culinary operations and are able to self-manage time and tasks.
