If your answer is YES, then Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our culinary team as a Line Cook in The Grill! Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Club's casual dining and fine dining restaurants. What You'll Do: Set up, maintain, and break down workstations. Follow daily prep lists and instructions the supervisor provides and be ready for service by the specified times. Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe workstations and equipment. Attend daily pre-shift meetings. Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC.   • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen a plus but not required.
  • Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably.
  • Ability to bend and twist with no limitations.
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods of time.
