Requirements

• Ability to walk 30% of the time.
• Ability to stand 70% of the time.
• Ability to bend and lift 10% of the time.
• Ability to climb heights in excess of 10 feet.
• Ability to lift/move a maximum of 100 lbs.
• Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe for various dining settings.
• Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods to assist in reaching guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
• Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions on daily specials or menu changes.
• Communicate station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.
• Prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations as directed by sous chef.
• Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
