The Union Restaurant is a gem in the heart of Milton. A hit with the locals, The Union was thought-up by Chris Sedgwick, long-time chef and owner of Sedgwick Restaurant Group Restaurants. Featuring comfort foods like shrimp and grits, Grandma Sedgwick's spaghetti, and coffee and doughnuts, The Union takes comfort food to a new level. Whether you're looking for a loaded wood-oven pizza, some Japanese-influenced ahi poke, or just a plain old good burger, this place has you covered. The Union is currently hiring lead cooks and line cooks. This opportunity is currently for evening shift hours specifically. We are looking for motivated individuals who desire to be a part of a team that is passionate about quality and hospitality. Roles may vary, but this team member could be responsible for meat and fish fabrication, general prep, station set up, and always cooking meals in a well-kept, sanitized work area. The immediate need is for a strong grill and sauté, but we also have opportunities to rotate through various stations as well.
