Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe for various dining settings including Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession, or Steakhouse. You will assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.

Requirements

• Ability to walk 30% of the time.
• Ability to stand 70% of the time.
• Ability to bend and lift 10% of the time.
• Ability to climb heights in excess of 10 feet.
• Ability to lift/move a maximum of 100 lbs.
• Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe.
• Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods.
• Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions.
• Communicate station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.
• Prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification.
• Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
