Requirements

• Skilled in knife handling and familiar with standard kitchen equipment and tools.
• Proficient in weights, measurements, and a variety of cooking techniques.
• Well-versed in health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
• Has previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Has previous experience working as a line cook and/or a food and beverage role.

Responsibilities

• Possess a strong understanding of food products and expertly execute culinary techniques.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Replenish kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed for seamless service.
• Properly label and date all products to ensure freshness and sanitation.
• Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge and maintain precision in plate presentation.
• Support kitchen leadership and team members in executing service.
• Master the preparation and understanding of base sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Collaborate with the team to assist with guest needs and inquiries.
