Hilton Americas-Houston is searching for a talented Line Cook to join their culinary team! A premier event destination in downtown Houston, we're connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via skywalk. Enjoy your favorite cocktail and views of the glittering skyline. Relax at the spa, and enjoy the infinity pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The ideal candidate will be a positive culinary professional with a minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook, including breakfast and buffet cooking. They should have experience preparing omelets, strong knowledge of food safety practices, a solid understanding of cooking temperatures, knife skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a background in high-volume kitchen operations. A passion for developing culinary skills and advancing their career is essential. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. This is a union position.
