  • Set up and stock your station like a pro—ready to fire at a moment’s notice.
  • Execute menu items from start to finish, including prepping, cooking, and plating dishes to perfection.
  • Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while learning new techniques and mastering multiple stations (grill, sauté, fryer, garde manger).
  • Keep your station spotless and organized while upholding Atlas’ high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Jump into deep cleaning and prep tasks as needed—because a strong kitchen is a team effort.
  • 2+ years of high-volume cooking experience.
  • A passion for food, flavor, and consistent quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food handler’s certification (as required by local regulations).
