An intermediate line cook requires goodmunication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require limited supervision and training. Requirements
- Strong verbalmunication skills and a positive attitude
- At least 3 months of previous line cook experience preferred
- Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work a single station and prepare buffet-style meals
- Genuine desire to serve others and contribute to a collaborative kitchen
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
