About The Position
As a key member of the sales staff, reports directly to the Draft Manager, is responsible for cleaning draft lines, assisting draft drivers and rotating stock to ensure product freshness.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the products in the HDC portfolio.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Good knowledge of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Clean draft beer lines on a regular basis.
- Clean special event draft beer equipment.
- Fill in for Draft Drivers during vacations or illnesses.
- Merchandise accounts with permanent or temporary POS.
- Participate in On Premise promotions and samplings.
- Report any problems that cannot be resolved to the Draft Manager.
- Advise customers of all products in the HDC portfolio and thus look for new opportunities with our brands.
- Increase volume and product distribution.
- Maintain key positions of permanent POS.
- Build consumer brand awareness through POS and promotions.
