About The Position

Responsible for greeting Guests, selling, and up selling, ringing up sales, preparing food, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, kitchen, and dining area.

Requirements

High School Diploma.
1 year of experience as cashier and cook/prep.
1 year cash handling experience.
Excellent oral and written communication Skills, must talk to the Guest about the menu, be able to engage Guests into purchasing, must be prompt to up sale and maximize sales.
Interpersonal Skills, outgoing, enthusiastic, dynamic.
Guest Service oriented must be able to identify Guest needs and likes to be able to drive sales effectively.
English language required.
Must have flexible schedule and be able to work any day including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greets Guests
Provides excellent Guest service while driving store sales.
Ensures Guest needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
Taking food and drink orders
Operates cash registers and receive payments from guests.
Rings up sales and reports voids immediately to store Supervisor or Manager
Familiar with different types of POS systems.
Ensures all products and displays are stocked.
Depending on your concept, food preparation may include craft sandwiches for customers according to recipe, cut and prep vegetables and meats, slice cold meats and cheese as needed using slicer, prepare salads and dressing, etc.
Rotates through the different stations of the concept including grill, salads, drinks, food prep, cash register, etc.
Must comply with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
Maintaining dining areas and kitchen areas including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and washing or vacuuming floors.
Responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, injury, and fraud.
Removes trash and garbage and take it to designated areas (ramp, tarmac).
Performs other related duties as assigned.
