About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker! The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has since become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. Litehouse offers its diverse portfolio of products through various channels including retail, e-commerce, and foodservice, maintaining a strong commitment to its employees and communities. As a Line Attendant, you will assemble containers, efficiently package products using state-of-the-art machinery, and ensure every item meets the highest quality standards. This role involves hands-on palletizing, inspections, and utilizing software systems to maintain smooth operations. It is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are committed to maintaining a clean workspace, and value food safety and quality.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements
