Responsible for performing various tasks involved in the preparation and packaging of bake and dough products. Contributes to the day to day expectations of production, including good quality, output rates and maintaining a safe work environment. Includes following these Food safety and communication requirements. 1. Must follow all allergen guidelines, i.e. containers, aprons and utensils. 2. Must follow GMP requirements. 3. Communicate with following shift any information critical to production. Hours may change depending on production needs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
