Starting Wage: $24.80 + 0.80 shift differential for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd shift, 1:50pm-9:50pm Location: 207 Laurel Hill Road, Verona VA What’s in it for you: Paid Time Off 88 Hours of Holiday Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans 401K Match Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Growth Opportunities Climate Controlled Facility What you will do: Demonstrate compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction Work with a variety of materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements Operate various tools and equipment to assemble, test, handle, manipulate and move components, assemblies, and final product Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity to prints, work instructions and standards with the goal of eliminating internal and external escapes Complete required records including but not limited to quality checklists, inputs into specified electronic systems Report line issues into the appropriate data collection systems Safe operation of equipment as required to complete assigned tasks (e.g. charging stations, water jet, evacuation pumps, tuggers, cranes, etc.) Minimum Qualifications: The ability to read and understand written English. High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment. The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time. Requirements
