About The Position

We are hiring Limited X-Ray Technologists (LMRT/BXMO) for full-time Multi-Tech roles within urgent care centers across Miami-Dade. This position combines limited radiography with hands-on clinical support, including intake, vitals, documentation, labs, and assisting providers with procedures. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment without overnight hospital shifts, this is an excellent long-term fit.

Requirements

• Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to work full-time on a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in urgent care, outpatient, or family practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform limited radiography: extremities, chest, spine
• Adhere to radiation safety and proper equipment operation
• Conduct patient intake, vitals, and triage
• Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
• Assist with specimen collection (swabs, urine, rapid tests)
• Perform CLIA-waived point-of-care tests
• Maintain patient records and update EMR
• Support providers during clinical procedures
• Maintain a clean and stocked clinical environment
• Ensure patient flow efficiency throughout the day
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy setting
