Requirements

• For LPT Candidates: Licensure as a Practical Radiologic Technologist/Limited Scope Operator in Utah or ARRT Board Registry Eligible.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Competency in at least one of the following: Chest, Extremities, Spine, Skull, Podiatry, or Bone Densitometry (DEXA).
• For Radiology Tech Candidates: ARRT registration.
• Current Utah Radiologic Technologist license.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
