About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Limited Radiology or Radiology Tech/Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care in Lincoln near 70th & Highway 2, with hours of operation of 8am-8pm, seven days per week. Administers and coordinates professional and technical activities for radiology. Performs general diagnostic radiography to assist medical personnel in patient diagnosis. Creates a welcoming environment by performing reception services to include but not limited to: answering and directing phone calls, greeting, assisting and directing patients and visitors who enter the medical facility. This full-time benefit eligible position is 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm, with rotating weekends. Join a great team!

Requirements

• Completion of limited radiographer education
• Licensed by the state of Nebraska as a Limited Radiographer
• OR Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program
• Currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Licensed by the state of Nebraska as a Medical Radiographer
• Must be on the Nebraska Medication Aide Registry
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Effective computer skills, previous experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Experience in providing care to a general population

Nice To Haves

• Two years Rad Tech previous experience preferred
• Clinic experience preferred
• Phlebotomy certification and experience preferred
• Medical Assistant education or training preferred
